During the flight

Seating is allocated either at the time of booking for a fee or at airport check in. Please always sit in your assigned seat as this has been allocated to comply with the weight and balance requirements of the aircraft.

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited.

Onboard your flight we will offer a reasonably priced selection of hot & cold drinks, snacks, light meals, and a full bar service in addition to a wide range of gifts, cosmetics, jewellery, tobacco, spirits and more. Full details can be found in our onboard sales magazine.

Our preferred method of payment is credit/debit card although we can accept Icelandic Krona in note form only but please be aware that no change can be provided.

Only alcohol served by the crew may be consumed onboard. Any duty-free purchases must remain intact until you have cleared customs at your destination.
