Oxygen Concentrator

Niceair asks passengers who need to travel with a Portable Oxygen Concentrator to use the Service Request Form at least two days before departure. One such piece of equipment is permitted in addition to the general hand luggage allowance.

Portable Oxygen Concentrators can be battery powered and in such cases, it must be ensured that battery size does not exceed 160 watt hours (Wh) for each battery cell. A maximum of two battery cells in total is permitted.

Unfortunately, Niceair can not ensure that it will be possible to charge your Portable Oxygen Concentrator on board.

Continuous Positive Airway Pressure

If a passenger needs to carry a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure device on board, he/she is asked to use the Service Request Form to notify Niceair at least two days before departure. Passengers are permitted to carry one such device in the cabin in addition to the general hand luggage allowance.

Continuous Positive Airway Pressure devices can be battery powered and in such cases, it must be ensured that battery size does not exceed 160 watt hours (Wh) for each battery cell. A maximum of two battery cells in total is permitted.

Unfortunately, Niceair can not ensure that it will be possible to charge your Continuous Positive Airway Pressure device.

Medication

Niceair asks all passengers to carry necessary medications with hand luggage, it must be ensured that containers for these medications do not exceed permitted hand luggage size.

For necessary medications it is recommended to carry medical certificates, confirming the nature and need of those medications, to pass through security checks smoothly.

Allergies

Unfortunately, Niceair can not ensure an allergen-free environment onboard. Passengers with severe allergies are encouraged to carry with them an EpiPen or other medications which might prove necessary.

Niceair crew is able to make a public announcement where other passengers are implored to respect such allergies. This service is provided without charge, but passengers are asked to make a request before departure.

Service dog

Should a passenger need to travel with a service dog, it is necessary to ensure that the service dog is registered. Service dogs are certified by Assistance Dog International and The International Guide Dog Foundation.

Passengers travelling with a service dog are asked to notify Niceair at least two days in advance with the Service Request Form.
